This project was created for a festival branding project assigned to me in Design of Visual Images (CDE3580), where we could rebrand an existing festival or create a new one. “Lacum Draco” translates to “Dungeons and Dragons” in Latin. This fictional festival is designed to bring the game of Dungeons of Dragons to life, where attendees from around the world gather and reside within the fairgrounds for an immersive, role-playing experience within the empire of Lacum Draco. Every year, a new problem, or "campaign", will arise and call upon attendees and their parties to bring the empire of Lacum Draco peace and justice. With mature typography and a moody color palette, this experience is targeted at fantasy-loving adults who wouldn’t pass up the opportunity of a lifetime.
